This is a very dumb product we created that was born out of a very real insight: sports bettors occasionally bet on teams they hate. Even when you win those bets, it leaves you feeling icky. Enter Rival Rinse.

When we initially pitched the Hard Rock Bet Party, we said something to the extent of “the party doesn’t stop because neither do sports.” After launching it as a campaign that coincided with football season, we got the opportunity to make a second round of work with a couple new moments on the sports calendar in mind: the NBA Playoffs, and the FIFA World Cup.

We needed to promote the new Croissant Toast Sandwiches from Panera, so we dialed up the French-ness, dialed up the fashion, and designed a Croissant Clutch bag with built-in ventilation to keep your sandwich nice and toasty. It sold out in 24 hours, and Seth Meyers and Ego Nwodim thought it was pretty cool, too.

We created a Hard Rock-coded house party where celebrities and fans chop it up over sports and bets.

We needed a kickoff spot to get NFL fans hyped for the first real season of football since the start of the pandemic, so we let the voiceover guy step out of his cage to personally pump up every NFL fan he could in real life — because we can do things in real life again.

We needed to lean into the drama and ever-changing landscape of the NBA, so we settled on the construct of time as a way of not only announcing the upcoming season, but as a way to talk to players, teams, season storylines, and career arcs — of which there are many.

US Open Champion Elena Rybakina isn’t the loudest on court. In fact, she’s probably amongst the quietest. But as we saw during her 2026 run at Flushing Meadows, you don’t have to be loud to make a lot of noise.

We needed to let the world know that MassMutual offers financial planning in addition to the life insurance they’re known for, so we enlisted the help of cats, stuffed animals, and talking paintings to let people know that when it comes to feeling better about their financial future, the feeling is MassMutual.

There’s a unique form of depression that sets in every year on a Sunday in February. It’s the sadness that represents the start of 200 days without football. I Bet I Will Survive, which aired immediately after Super Bowl LX, is a reminder that there’s plenty of other sports to keep you company (and plenty to place a friendly wager on) until football comes back.

And a special shout out to Jeremiah Jones and Skii Williams who concepted and pitched this song in the back of a round one deck. Sam Christian and me just helped bring it to life.

Needed teens to drink Fanta, so we reminded them that our unique tastes are their unique tastes. Mis sabores únicos es su sabores únicos. Or something like that.

We needed to show people where their Vital Farms eggs came from, so we put cameras out in their pastures, tracked all their eggs back to said pastures, and hired a Vital Farms farmer to memorize a really long monologue to show you that you can look up the hens that laid your Vital Farms eggs directly from the carton.

There’s a new Panera product called the Salad Stuffer that allows you to order any Panera salad and have it stuffed into a hollowed out roll of Panera bread. Salad. Bread. Salad stuffed into bread. So we drove that point home everywhere we could: with the employees making it, the customers ordering it, and even the supers promoting it.

We needed to promote the Galaxy S23 Ultra’s 100x zoom feature, so we did the most “worst practice” thing we could think of and made some billboards that weren’t even legible — unless of course you had a Galaxy S23 Ultra.

There are a lot of opinions out there about what you should do with your money, so we wanted to show that Citizens isn’t just another another financial opinion, but one that can help you make sense of your money.

We needed to help fans get ready for fall Saturdays full of college football, so we created a College GameDay breakfast collection with custom cereals for each of the show’s hosts and passed them out live from the GameDay set to reward fans for coming out.

Editor’s note: “Pollacky Charms” was pitched, but not approved.

Made with Joe Jones and team at Arts & Letters Creative Co.

We needed to celebrate kids making tremendous plays on the field by doing more than just putting their highlights on tv. So we went to their hometowns and made them literal heroes by celebrating their accomplishments with unique tributes and ceremonies that paid homage to their play in a way their entire town could enjoy.

We made some spots to remind us sports-lovers of why we love sports (and why there’s no place like it).

Made with Joe Jones and the team at Arts & Letters Creative Company

We made a spot to elevate black voices and show how each and every one of their efforts for social justice is bigger than the game itself.

Made with Chris Araujo and the team at Arts & Letters Creative Company

We made a spot to celebrate the wins and progress happening on and off the court across women’s sports.

We needed to show that Citizens’ financial guidance can bring clarity in a world full of information and opinions, so we decided brutal simplicity was best for this NY/NJ DOOH campaign.

Before switching to copywriting, I spent five years in the account management department at some amazing agencies. I loved my teams, and I loved the work we made. I just didn’t love my actual job.

But while account life wasn’t for me, I was able to gain invaluable experience working alongside some amazing creative teams.

Here are some of my favorites from that chapter.
